Whether it’s reorganizing a room, breathing new life into old furniture, or creating simple systems to make daily life easier, I find joy in helping both my own home and others’ feel more peaceful and purposeful.
My personal motto is: “Leave people and things better than you found them.” That philosophy guides everything I do.
I’m a plant person (definitely not a flowers person!), and I bring that same nurturing spirit to the people I care for. With a true passion for supporting seniors, I bring years of experience and a compassionate heart to every client interaction. I love taking long drives with no set destination—just me, the open road, and beautiful scenery. It’s my favorite way to unwind. But nothing brings me more joy than spending quality time with my family. I joined YHTC four years ago, and it’s truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. As a Registered Nurse at YHTC, I focus on client and caregiver retention—ensuring the right match between families and caregivers. I regularly visit clients to build trust, resolve concerns, and support positive relationships that bring peace of mind to everyone involved.
I was inspired to join YHTC after witnessing the passion and vision of Dr. John Staley. Since then, I’ve been blessed with not only meaningful work but also a remarkable team that truly cares.
Outside of work, I love cooking, entertaining, exploring skincare and fashion, and spending time with my husband, our seven grandchildren, and growing in my faith.

Executive Director of Finance at YHTC
In my role, I’m responsible for guiding the financial strategy of our organization, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our accounting operations.
I’m passionate about building strong financial foundations that support long-term growth and sustainability.
Outside of work, I’m an avid sports enthusiast and a dedicated supporter of University of Tennessee athletics – go Big Orange! I also love to travel, explore new cultures, and unwind with a great glass of wine.
At home, I’m happily accompanied by my French Bulldog, Bentley, who brings endless joy to my life.
